University Police & Parking front entrance temporarily closed

The front entrance of the University Police & Parking Department will be closed, due to construction, through mid-July. UPD officers will continue to patrol and be available 24/7, but walk-in reports will be unavailable during this time. Parking enforcement will be suspended through June. You can contact UPD at 479-788-7140 or upd@uafs.edu. As always, if you have an emergency please dial 911. 

Campus Update – July 21: Due to heat advisory, the upstairs of the Campus Center will close at noon today.

The Registrar’s Office will operate remotely and may be contacted at registrar@uafs.edu. The ROAR will operate remotely and can be reached at 479-788-7400 or roar@uafs.edu.

Admissions and Financial Aid representatives will be available in the Latture Conference Room in Flanders Building.

The Cashier’s office is moving to the Fullerton Administration Building.  They may be reached at 479-788-7060 or cashier@uafs.edu.  If you need to make a payment, please go to Fullerton Suite 218, on the second floor.

• Monday - Thursday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Friday: 6-9 a.m. & 4-7 p.m.
• Saturday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Sunday: 1-5 p.m. 

Drop for Non-payment in effect for Fall 2026.

A reminder that drop for non-payment is being reinstated for Fall 2026. The payment deadline for the fall semester is noon on August 14, 2026. Students must bring their balance to $500 or less by this date by either: having authorized financial aid to cover charges, set up a payment plan, or pay their balance in full. Visit the Online Business Center to view the payment plan and your account.
